4. Personal Data Owner's Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law

Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to the system in writing in accordance with the PDP Law. The channels and procedures through which you will submit your application in writing for applications made to this joint company within the scope of Article 11 of the PDP Law are explained below.
